肠易激综合征患者的心理测评及其中医护理方案研究

【目的】探讨肠易激综合征患者心理问题及中医护理方案干预的效果。【方法】运用国际医学认可的心理测评量表SCL-90,对60例肠易激综合征患者在入院后进行心理测评,并根据测评结果,实施中医护理方案,出院前再次进行测评,将2次测评结果进行数据统计分析。【结果】(1)经中医护理干预后,临床治愈6例(10.0%),显效22例(36.6%),有效25例(41.7%),总有效率为88.3%。(2)心理测评结果:患者在躯体性、人际关系、忧郁、焦虑、敌对和恐怖方面,经中医护理干预后均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),但在偏执方面改善不明显(P﹥0.05);与正常人(常模值)比较,除焦虑、敌对2项指标外,其他各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。【结论】对肠易激综合征患者进行科学的心理测评结果表明:运用中医护理方案进行干预,能明显缓解患者的临床心理状态,帮助患者进行有效调适,解决临床护理工作中存在的不足,从而提高疗效,改善患者的生存质量。

Psychological Measurement and Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing Care Regimen for Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To explore the psychological features of patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),and to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing care regimen for IBS patients.Methods SCL-90 was applied for the psychological measurement of 60 IBS patients after admission.According the results of psychological measurement,we adopted traditional Chinese medical nursing care regimen for IBS patients.Psychological measurement was performed again prior to discharge,and the results were compared to those after admission.Results After traditional Chinese medical nursing care,6(10.0%)cases were clinically cured,22(36.6%) markedly effective,25(41.7%) effective,7(11.7%)ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.3%.The results of psychological measurement showed that the aspects of somatic factor,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility and terror were obviously improved prior to discharge(P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those before taking traditional Chinese medical nursing care),but the improvement of paranoia was not obvious(P﹥0.05).Except for the aspects of anxiety and hostility,the scores of other aspects in IBS patients were similar to those of healthy volunteers(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medical nursing care for IBS patients on the basis of psychological measurement shows an effect on increasing therapeutic effect and improving the quality of life of IBS patients by relieving their psychological disorders.
