68例冠状动脉内支架植入术全程护理体会

目的:总结冠状动脉内支架植入术患者全程护理要点。方法:对68例经桡动脉或股动脉穿刺插入鞘管送入导管至左右冠状动脉造影,经导管送入球囊至狭窄部位植入支架的患者,随机分为两组,每组34例,分别给予传统心脏科护理方式(对照组)及现代心脏科护理方式(观察组),总结护理工作的体会及经验教训。结果:观察组有效率(97.1%)明显高于对照组(85.3%)(P<0.05)。观察组皮下血肿1例,对照组皮下血肿2例、出血1例;观察组再灌注心律失常1例,对照组再灌注心律失常2例,休克1例。结论:掌握支架术全程的护理要点,加强对患者的观察和护理,可有效降低并发症的发生,对冠状动脉内支架植入术患者的早日康复至关重要。

Nursing for coronary stent implantation: 68 cases report

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of 68 cases undergoing coronary stent implantation. Methods: Sixty-eight patients underwent coronary bilateral arteriongraphy by arteriopuncture via radial artery or femoral artery and coronary stent implantation.They were randomly divided into 2 groups and given traditional nursing(control group) and modern nursing(observation group),respectively.Nursing experience was summarized.Results:The successful rate of observation group and control group was 97.1%(33/68) and 85.3%(29/68),respectively,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There were 1 case with ecchymoma in the observation group,while 2 ecchymoma cases and 1 hemorrhage case in the control group.There was 1 case of reperfusion arrhythmia in observation group and 2 reperfusion arrhythmia cases and 1 shock case in the control group.Conclusions: Mastering nursing skills of stent implantation,and strengthening monitoring and nursing can effectively reduce incidence of complications and they are important for patients′ recovery.
