| 摘 要： | 用胸腰脊髓诱发位(Thoracolumbar sipnal Cord Eyoked Potential, TL-SCEP)评价气功推拿按摩疗法对32例脑性瘫痪(Cerebral Palsy, CP)小儿脊髓机能活动的影响。结果表明,治疗后患儿TL-SCEP电压增大,潜伏时缩短,双侧反应趋向对称,脊髓传导速度加快,总有效率为81.25％。提示气功推拿按摩疗法能明显改善CP小儿脊髓躯体运动基本中枢的机能。
