妊娠高血压综合征视网膜病变对围生儿影响的临床研究

目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)孕母的眼底改变及围生儿预后.方法 选择本院妊高征患者496例,对其行限底检查.将妊高征患者的眼底改变与其血压、蛋白尿、病程、程度、预后进行分析.结果 妊高征患者眼底改变率达90.1%.眼底改变及严重程度与妊高征的严重程度成正比.视网膜病变程度越重,胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)、围生儿病死率及新生儿发病率越高.而胎儿窘迫的发生率在正常眼底组和眼底改变三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 眼底检查可估计病情.通过眼底动态观察对妊高征可作出早期诊断,为临床医师适时终止妊娠,判断孕产妇及围生儿预后,及时采取相应治疗措施,提供一定的客观依据.

Clinical study of the effects of Pregnancy-induced hypertension with retinopathy on perinatal fetus
