黑树莓多酚对胃癌大鼠肿瘤的影响及其作用机制的研究

摘    要:目的:分析黑树莓多酚对胃癌大鼠肠道微生态的影响,探讨黑树莓多酚对胃癌的影响机制。方法:将30只雄性健康SD大鼠分为对照组、模型组和黑树莓多酚组。对照组大鼠不做任何处理,模型组及黑树莓组均进行胃癌造模。黑树莓多酚组大鼠使用黑树莓多酚进行干预治疗,对照组和模型组给予正常饲料饲养。干预结束后检测各组大鼠粪便中肠杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌水平,检测各组大鼠盲肠残留物pH水平,测量模型组及黑树莓多酚组肿瘤最大径;检测各组大鼠腋下和小肠组织中IL-1、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平。结果:黑树莓多酚组肠杆菌、肠球菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平均明显高于模型组,产气荚膜梭菌水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。3组大鼠盲肠内容物pH值差异显著,其中模型组最低,对照组最高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。模型组肿瘤最大径明显高于黑树莓多酚组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);黑树莓多酚组腋下和小肠组织IL-1、IL-6、IL-10及TNF-α水平明显低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:黑树莓多酚可有效改善胃癌大鼠肠道微...

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of black raspberry polyphenols on the intestinal microecology of gastric cancer animal models,and to explore the mechanism of its effect on the occurrence of gastric cancer.Methods:Thirty male healthy SD rats were divided into a control group,a model group and a black raspberry polyphenol group;the control group rats were not treated with any treatment,and the model group and black raspberry group were treated with gastric cancer modeling;black raspberry The rats in the polyphenol group were treated with black raspberry polyphenols,and the control group and model group were fed with normal feed.After the intervention,the rats were tested for Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,and aerobic pods.The level of Clostridium hymenosum,the pH level of the cecal residues in rats,the largest tumor diameter in the model group and the black raspberry polyphenol group;the detection of IL-1,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αlevel in rat axillary and small intestine tissues.Results:After the intervention,the levels of Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,and Bifidobacterium in the black raspberry polyphenol group were significantly higher than the model group,and the level of Clostridium perfringens was lower than the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pH value of the cecum content of rats in the control group,model group and black raspberry polyphenol group is significantly different.The model group is the lowest and the control group is the highest,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the model group is large The maximum diameter of mouse tumors was significantly higher than that in the black raspberry polyphenol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1,IL-6,and IL-in the axillary and small intestine tissues of rats in the black raspberry polyphenol group The levels of 10 and TNF-αwere significantly lower than the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Black raspberry polyphenols can effectively improve the intestinal micro-ecology of gastric cancer animal models,and can regulate the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by influencing the pH,intestinal microbial balance and the level of inflammatory factors.
