摘    要:目的 建立离子色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱盐含量的方法.方法 色谱条件为:IonPacTM AG19(4×50mm)为保护柱;IonPacTM AG19(4×250mm)为分析柱;25.00mmol·L-1 KOH溶液为淋洗液以流速1.00mL·min-1等度洗脱;柱温:30.0℃;检测方式:电导检测;抑制电流:75mA;进样体积:25μL.HT5"H结果 盐酸盐在2.0483~40.9663μg·mL-1呈良好线性关系(r2=1.0000);精密度RSD%=0.10%,平均回收率为101.45%(RSD%=1.80%);.结论HT6K 本法操作简便、快速,结果准确,重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于控制盐酸小檗碱的含量.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE A method for the determination of berberine hydrochlo ride tablets by ion chromatography was established.METHODS Ion chromatography was performed on IonPac AG19(4×250mm)anion exchange chromatogra phy column with aguard column of IonPacTM AG19(4×50mm);25.00mmol·L-1 KOH was used as the isocratic eluent,at a flow rate of 1.00mL·min-1 with suppressed conductivity detection.RESULTS The linear range of determination was 2.0483~40.9663μg·mL-1(r2=1.0000).The r ecovery rate was 101.45%(RSD%=1.80%),and the degree of precision was 0.10%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,high sensitivity,can be used to determine the content in berberine hydrochlor ide tablets.
