气相色谱法测定栝楼桂枝汤纯化物中大孔树脂有机残留物

目的 建立栝楼桂枝汤纯化物中4种大孔树脂有机残留物的检测方法.方法 采用毛细管气相色谱法,测定栝楼桂枝汤纯化物中正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯4种大孔树脂有机残留物的含量.结果 4种成分在相应线性范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998~0.9999,平均回收率符合要求,各组分均未检出符合要求.HT5"H结论 该方法简便可行,精密度好,结果可靠,适用于栝楼桂枝汤纯化物中大孔树脂有机残留物的检测.

Determination of Macroporous Resin Residues in Gualou Guizhi Decoction Purification by GC

OBJECTIVE To establish a detection method of four kinds of orga nic residues of macroporous resin in Gualou Guizhi decoction purification.WTH ZMETHODS Capillary gas chromatography was used to determin the conten ts of n-hexane,Benzene,toluene and xylene in Gualou Guizhi decoction purifica tion.RESULTS Four kinds of constituents had great linearity in each range of concentration,the coefficient correlation were in the range of 0.9998~0.9999.The average recovery and quantities of components met the requi rements.CONCLUSION The method was simple and feasible with a g ood precision and can be applied to the detection of organic residues of macropo rous resin in Gualou Guizhi decoction purification.
