| 摘 要： | 采用辨证、辨病中西医结合的方法治疗５０例不孕症,中医辨证分虚、实两型;西医辨病分黄体功能不健、排卵障碍、输卵管不畅、免疫性不孕四类。结果：受孕２８例,好转１６例,无效６例,总有效率为８８％。

| Abstract: | cases of infertility were treated by pattern identification and disease identification. The cases were divided into the deficient syndrome and excessive syndrome in pattern identification in Chinese medicine and into the four types of yellow body dysfunction, ovulation disorder, unsmoothness in fallopian tube and immune infertility in disease identification in western medicine.Treated by the integrated therapy of Chinese and western medicines, the results showed pregnancy in 28 cases, improvement in 16 cases and failure in 6 cases. The total effective rate was 88%. |
