凯西来联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎

摘    要:目的探讨凯西来联合熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机分为治疗组(96例)和对照组(54例),两组患者均服用熊去氧胆酸片300mg/次,3次/d,治疗组同时加服凯西来0.2g/次,3次/d。疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组ALT、GGT、TG治疗后均低于治疗前(P<0.01);对照组治疗后ALT低于治疗前(P<0.01),GGT、TG治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有效率为96.88%(93/96),对照组为87.04%(47/54),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凯西来联合熊去氧胆酸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎具有良好效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of the combined use of Kaixilai and ursodesoxycholic acid(UDCA)on non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods 150 cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver were randomly divided into the treatment group of 96 cases and the contrast group of 54 cases.UDCA of 300mg each time,3 times a day.Kaixilai was used in both groups,but Kaixilai of 0.2g each time,3 times a day was added in the treatment group.The course of treatment lasted 3 months.Results The contrents of ALT,GGT and TG were found much lower after treatments in the treatment group(P<0.01).In the contrast group,the content of ALT was found lower after treatments(P<0.01),but the contents of GGT and TG showed no significant differences before and after treatments(P>0.05).The clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the contrast group were 96.88%(93/96) and 87.04%(47/54) respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Kaixilai and UDCA can produce good curative effects on non-alcoholic fatty liver.
