摘    要:近年来,随着科学技术的发展,微生物鉴定的快速准确、自动化的研究越来越得到重视,国际微生物与免疫学快速诊断和自动化会议每隔三年召开一次,现已召开七届,这些均表明微生物的快速准确、自动化检测已成为该领域发展的主要方向之一。目前应用较多的鉴定系统主要有:*1**K全自动微生物分析系统(Vitek一AMS)、Midi系统、Biolog系统、Microscan系统等[‘j。研究资料表明,Vitek—AMS是自动化程度最高的系统,该系统对微生物的检测已被国际分析化学家协会(AOAC)列为法定分析法*’。Vitek—AMS检测的原理是根据细菌代谢的氧…

Abstract:Vitek Automated System (Vitek - AMS ) was used to identify 118 foodstuffs and environmental isolates includ ed in 4 7 speCies in 2 2genus, the results showed that 48 (94. 1 % ) were correctly identified at the genus level, 36 (70. 6 % ) at the species level in 51 Gramnegative isolatesl 29(93. 5 % ) were correctly identified at the genus level, 17(54. 8%) at the species level in 31 nonspore Grampositive isolatest 24(66. 7% ) were correctly identified at the species level in 36 Baciilus genus isolates. Time of final correctly identified by Vitek AMS for each isolate was discussed, in addition, 45 (27. 6 % ) isolates weren't identified, the problems were also discussed in the paper.
