高渗葡萄糖注入输卵管内预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的临床研究

目的探讨预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的方法。方法将125例输卵管妊娠行保留输卵管手术的患者随机分成两组：研究组55例术中应用50％葡萄糖液注入患侧输卵管残腔，对照组70例术中不用任何药物。所有患者均于术前、术后第3、7天检测血β-HCG值。结果两组术前、术后3d血β-HCG值比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；而术后第7天，研究组血β—HCG值比对照组下降明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。研究组中发生持续性异位妊娠1例，对照组4例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论应用高渗葡萄糖可预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的发生，且应用方便，安全有效，无毒副作用。

Effects of glucose injection in patients with ectopic pregnancy after conservative surgery for the prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the method for the prevention of persistent ectopic pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy patients after conservative surgery. Methods 125 cases of tubal pregnancy patients with intact fallopian tube after the surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups. 55 patients had the injection of 50% glucose into the fallopian tube. Another 70 patients without receiving glucose treatment were assigned into the control group. The level of blood-HCG was measured before, and 3 to 7 days after the operation. Results The level of blood-HCG was similar before and 3 days after the operation （P〉0.05）. However, the level of blood-HCG was significantly different at 7 days after the operation （P〈0.01）. The number of patient with persistent ectopic pregnancy in the control group （4） was similar （P〉0.05） to the treatment group （1）. Conclusion Injection of high concentration of glucose into the fallopian tube can prevent persistent ectopic pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy patients after conservative surgery. The method is safe and the side effects are not apparent.
