更昔洛韦与重组人干扰素治疗疱疹性咽炎的疗效比较

目的比较更昔洛韦与重组人干扰素α—1b对疱疹性咽炎的治疗效果及安全性。方法将357例疱疹性咽炎患儿随机分成两组：更昔洛韦组182例，重组人干扰素组175例。更昔洛韦组采用更昔洛韦5mg／（kg·d）治疗，重组人干扰素组采用重组人干扰素α-1b（6μg／次）治疗，观察两组退热、疱疹消失时间。结果更昔洛韦组和重组人干扰素组的总有效率分别为94．51％和75．61％，二者差异有统计学意义（X^2=13．75，P〈0．01）。更昔洛韦组在平均退热时间、疱疹消失时间均较重组人干扰素组缩短（1．46±0．65）dvs（2．95±1．06）d；（2．05±0．75）dvs5（3．45±0．63）d]（P〈0．01）。结论更昔洛韦对疱疹性咽炎疗效显著，短期治疗安全有效。

The comparison of the efficacy of ganciclovir and recombinant human interferon in herpes pharyngitis

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ganciclovir and recombinant human interferon α-1b in herpes pharyngitis. Methods 357 children with herpes pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups. One group was named as the ganciclovir group which consisted of 182 cases and they were dosed with 5 mg/（kg, d） ; the other one was the recombinant human interferon group which consisted of 175 cases and they were dosed with 6 μg every time. Fever clearance time and the disappearance time of herpes were observed. Results The total effective rate of the ganciclovir group and the recombinant human interferon group was 94.51% and 75.61%, respectively. The average fever clearance time and the disappearance time of herpes of the ganeielovir group were both shorter than those of the recombinant human interferon group. The clinical curative effect of the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ganciclovir is superior to recombinant human interferon α-1 in treatment of herpes pharyngitis, and is effective and safe in short-term treatment.
