2009—2012年广州市白云区医疗机构消毒监测结果分析

目的了解白云区医疗机构日常消毒状况。方法按GB15982-1995（医院消毒卫生标准》、卫生部《消毒技术规范））（2002版）进行消毒效果监测。结果2009～2012年白云区医疗机构消毒监测样本总数4153份，合格3928份，合格率为94．58％，各年总合格率依次为91．68％、94．20％、95．20％、96．53％，呈逐年上升趋势，差异有统计学意义（X^2=23．63，P〈0．01）。不同监测项目中以使用中消毒液合格率最高（100．00％），最低为医护人员手（91．31％），不同监测项目间合格率差异有统计学意义（X^2=76．63，P〈0．01）。不同类型的医疗机构中合格率最高为区镇医院96．97％，其次为民营医院94．17％、社区卫生服务中心92．64％、民营诊所89．73％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=53．77，P〈0．01）。结论白云区医疗机构消毒质量逐年上升，不同级别医疗机构消毒质量有差异，需加强对医护人员手、室内空气、紫外线灯强度等薄弱环节的管理。

Analysis of disinfection monitoring results for medical institutions in Baiyun district of Guangzhou from 2009 to 2012

Objective To know the daily disinfection conditions of medical institutions in Baiyun district, and provide scientific basis of disinfection management work for medical institutions. Methods To monitor disinfection effects according to ＂Hospital Disinfection Standard＂ of GB15982-1995, ＂Disinfection Technical Regulations＂ （2002 edition） issued by the ministry of health. Results Among the total 4 153 disinfection monitoring samples from medical institutions in Baiyun District from year 2009 to 2012, 3 928 are qualified, with an average passing rate of 94.58%. The qualified annual rates from 2009 to 2012 were 91.68%, 94.20%, 95.20%, and 96.53%, respectively, increasing year by year and with significant differences （P〈0.01）. The use of disinfectants enjoyed the highest pass rate （100%）, while hands of medical staff had the lowest rate （91.31%）.The qualified rates among different monitoring items showed great variation （P〈0.01）.The qualified rate for district town hospital was 96.97%, private hospitals 94.17%, community health service center 92.64% and private clinics 89.73%. There are significant differences among these four types of institutions （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Baiyun district is improving year by year and the disinfection quality of medical institutions of different levels have differences. We need to strengthen the management of disinfection quality for some bottlenecks such as hands of medical staff, indoor air, and UV intensity.
