茂名市一起中学流感暴发的调查分析

目的分析茂名市一起中学聚集性流感暴发的流行病学资料，评价控制效果。方法采用流行病学调查方法和流感诊断标准及处理原则进行调查和处理。结果2012年3月13—23日，茂名市发生一起学校流感暴发疫情，涉及初一、二年级学生，共计51人发病，罹患率3％，其中男生30人，女生21人，发病多集中在初一年级，患者均得到有效治愈，疫情迅速得到有效控制，用RT-PCR法从8例患者的咽拭子标本中检出5例B型流感病毒阳性。结论这是一起由B型流感病毒引起暴发的疫情，其传染源源自于当地，男女间发病率无差异，住宿生和走读生间发病率无差异。

Investigation of influenza outbreak in a middle school of Maoming city

Objective To analyze epidemiological data with clusters of influenza outbreaks in a middle school of Maoming city, evaluate the control effect, sum up experience, and provide the basis for flu prevention and control. Methods Investigation and treatment using epidemiological survey methods and of influenza diagnostic criteria and principles were performed. Results March 2012 to March 23, there was an outbreak of influenza in Maoming city among the grade 1 and 2 of middle school students, with a total of 51 cases and the attack rate of 3%. There were 30 boys and 21 girls and the incidence maily occurred in the grade lmiddle school students. The patients were effectively cured the epidemic was effectively controlled. Influenza B virus was detected in 5 cases by RT-PCR in throat swab specimens from patients. Conclusion This was an outbreak caused by influenza B virus from a local source. The incidence was no difference between men and women, boarded and non-boarded students.
