颠茄合剂在人工胃液中对多酶片消化活力的影响考察

摘    要:目的:考察颠茄合剂在人工胃液中对多酶片消化活力的影响.方法:按照颠茄合剂与多酶片在人工胃液中的配伍比例进行分组对照,即A组(人工胃液30 mL)、B组(多酶片供试液30 mL+人工胃液30 mL)、C组(颠茄合剂30 mL+多酶片供试液30 mL+人工胃液30 mL),B组为对照组,同时配制分别含10、20、30、40 mL颠茄合剂的配伍液共4份探求不同剂量的颠茄合剂对多酶片消化活力的影响,采用麦特(Mett)毛细玻管法对颠茄合剂与多酶片配伍及二药配伍比例变化在人工胃液中的消化活力单位数进行测定.结果:消化活力单位数:A组(120±15)较B组(190±20)显著降低(P<0.01),C组(104±8)较B组(190±20)显著降低(P<0.01).颠茄合剂对多酶片消化活力影响与其剂量相关(r=-0.9987,P<0.01),同时也使人工胃液的pH值增大.结论:颠茄合剂在人工胃液中对多酶片消化活力有较大的影响.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the effect of Multienzyme tables digestive vitality in artificial gastric juice because of Belladonna mixture caus. METHODS: Accordance with the compatibility proportion of Belladonna mixture with Mul- tienzyme in artificial gastric juice divided into 3 groups, group A (artificial gastric juice 30 mL), group B (Multienzyme test solution 30 mL+ar- tificial gastric juice 30 mL), group C (Belladon- na mixture 30 mL+ Multienzyme test solution 30 mL+artificial gastric juice 30 mL), group B was the control group. Another formulated con- taining 10, 20, 30,40 mL Belladonna mixture's compatibility liquid was 4 copies. Using Mett glass capillary method to determined digestion vitality of the number of units about compatibili- ty of Belladonna mixture with Multienzyme ta-bles and its compatibility proportion changes in artificial gastric juice. RESULTS. About diges- tion vigor number of units, group A (120 ± 15) was lower than that in group B (190 ± 20) and group C (104±8) was lower than that in group B(190±20) (P〈0.01). Digestive dynamic chan- ges was related to the dose of belladonna mix- ture(r= - 0. 9987, P〈0.01 ), also artificial gas- tric juice's pH values was increased more. CON- CLUSION: Multienzyme tables digestion vitality has been a relatively strong inhibitory effect be- cause of Belladonna mixture cause.
