吸入糖皮质激素佐治94例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效评估

目的:探讨吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德辅助治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床价值.方法:将2007年3月至2011年3月就诊的94例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分成两组:对照组47例,采用孟鲁司特片+沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗；实验组47例,采用孟鲁司特片+沙丁胺醇气雾剂+布地奈德干粉吸入剂治疗.观察比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解时间、治疗后临床效果以及治疗前后肺功能指标.结果:实验组咳嗽缓解时间与咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组的临床疗效显著性优于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组治疗后肺功能指标均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德辅助治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著.

Study on clinical efficacy of inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of 94 children with cough variant asthma

ABSTRACT AIM： To investigate the clinical values about budesonide of inhaled corticoste- folds in the treatment of children with cough va-riant asthma. METHODS： The 94 cases of cough variant asthma children admitted to hospi-tal from March 2007 to March 2011 were ran- domly divided into two groups, control group （n =47） and treatment group （n=47）. The con- trol group was treated with montelukast tablets and salbutamol aerosol, but the treatment group was also given budesonide dry powder inhaler. The clinical effects, the scores of asthma symp- tom, the time of cough symptom disappeared, and the level of lung function in 2 groups was observed and compared. RESULTS：The total ef-fective rate in the treatment group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05） the symptom scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）; t in the tr than the value of were slg he time of cough symptoms disappeared eatment group was significantly shorter control group （P〈0.05）; the index lung function in the treatment group nificantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.
