Changes of Hemorheology and Nailfold Microcirculation in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis |

| Abstract: | emorheology and nailfold microcirculation were observed in 150 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), 60 cases normal persons were used as controls. The results showed that whole blood viscosity(high and low shear), whole blood reduction viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, K values of ESR were higher; the time of RBC electrophores is lasts longer; the hemotocrit was lower; ESR was quicker; increased multiple score values of flow state and total weighted multiple score values in with CAG than those in control( P < 0.05 ). The fibrinogen was higher than control( P < 0.01 ). These showed hemorheology abnormal and microcirculation disturbance in cases of CAG. |
