微波辐射及视屏作业对人体甲襞微循环的影响

摘    要:对黑龙江省广播电视厅25~40岁工作人员进行甲襞微循环检测,发现从事微波发射和视屏作业的人员均有不同程度的微循环改变,与对照组相比,管袢形态、血液流态、袢周状态均呈统计学差异(P<0.05~0.001),且微波发射组较视屏作业组的微循环改变严重,其管袢形态、袢周状态二组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。

Effect of Microwave Radiation and Visual Display Terminal on Nailfold Microcirculation in Human Body
Abstract:Examination of nailfold microcirculation was made in the working personnel aged 25-40 years in the Broadcast Department of Heilongjiang Province. According to working characteristic, all personnel was divided into three groups: microwave radiation group, visual display terminal(VDT) group and control group. Results showed that both microwave radiation group and VDT group had significant difference compared with control group respectively in the shape of loops, condition of blood flow and state of loops enviroment(P<0.05-0.001). The changes of nailfold microcirculation in the microwave radiation group was more serious than the VDT group, and there were significant difference in the shape of loops and state of loops enviroment(P<0.001) between the two groups. 
