Determination of Hemorheological Indexes of Normal Pregnant in Nanchang

o study the difference of 13 items hemorheological indexes between pregnants and non-pregnants systematically,273 cases of normal pregnants in Nanchang area were determined. The results showed that only hematocrit,blood viscosity and external thrombus length in non pregnants changed significantly with the first trimester women(P<0.05). There were significant difference in blood viscosity, fibrinogen, external thrombus length, thrombus wet weight, thrombus dry weight, erythocyte sedimentation and K value of ESR equation compared with the second trimester women(P<0.05￣0.01), except blood viscosity changed insignificantly,the other six items indexes changed the same, the hematocrit also changed significantly compared with the third trimester women. The relationships among hemorheological indexes in three pregnancy periods show as follows:Between the first trimester and the second trimester pregnancy,there significant difference in only erythrocyte sedimentation and K value in its equation.But between the first trimester and the third trimester pregnancy or between the second trimester and the third trimester pregnancy, fibrinogen, external thrombus length, thrombus wet weight and dry weight, total blood reductive viscosity or total blood viscosity all changed significantly besides the former two items. It can be concluded that hemorheological indexes changed more frequently and more significantly with gestional weeks increasing. 
