保元茶对气阴两虚证血液流变性的影响

在对３１例气阴两虚证患者的血液流变学指标的研究中发现，其全血比粘度增高者达１００％（８０ｓ－１）和７７．４％（２０ｓ－１），其次是红细胞压积增高（６４．５％），红细胞电泳速度降低（５４．８％），血浆比粘度增高（２５．８％）。经保元茶治疗后，血液流变性得到明显改善，主要表现在全血比粘度（８０ｓ－１、２０ｓ－１）、红细胞压积和血浆比粘度的显著降低以及红细胞电泳速度的提高。结果提示：通过补虚可以改善虚证患者的血液流变性异常。

Influence of Baoyuancha on Hemorheology in Qi Yin Deficiency Syndrome Patients

The hemorheological indexes in 31 cases of Qi Yin deficiency syndrome patients were determined. The results as follows: The whole blood specific viscosity increased by 100%(80s-1) and 77.4%(20s-1), and hematocrit increased by 64.5%, the rate of erythrocyte eletrophoresis reduced by 54.8%, plasma specific viscosity increased by 25.8%. Treated by Baoyuancha(BYC, Vitality preserving tea), all indexes above were significantly improved. The results showed that the whole blood specific viscosity(80s-1, 20s-1), hematocrit and plasma specific viscosity significantly were reduced, and erythrocyte electrophoresis was increase. The results suggested that asthenia vitality treatment could improve indexes of hemorheology.
