宫腔镜电切术治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血临床观察

目的　探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血的疗效。　方法　对围绝经期宫腔良性病变行宫腔镜电切术,切除宫内膜及基底层下方3 mm的肌肉组织,电切完成后再用滚球电极熨烫。　结果　41例中27例术后无月经,占 65 9%(27/41)。12 例月经明显减少,占 29 3%(12/41)。治疗成功率达95 1% (39/41)。2 例术后月经减少不明显,占 4 8% (2/41)。术后宫腔粘连 1 例,占2 4%(1/41)。　结论　宫腔镜电切术治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血,治疗成功率高,并发症少,避免了开腹子宫切除术。

Hysteroscopic endomyometrial resection in treatment of perimenopause metrorrhagia

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hysteroscopic endomyometrial resection in treating perimenopause metrorrhagia. Methods Hysteroscopic endomyometrial resection was used to treat perimenopause metrorrhagia, endometrium and myometrium 3 mm under it resected, and then rollerball endometrial ablation performed. Results There were 41 patients, in which 27 were menopause after operation, accounting for 65.9%(27/41). The menstruation sigificantly decreased in 12 cases (29 3%). The success rate of treament was 95 1%. The menstruation insigificantly decreased in 2 cases (4.8%). Uterine cavity cohered in 1 cases. Conclusions Using hysteroscopic endomyometrial resection to treat perimenopause metrorrhagia is an effective method with highly successful rate and minor side effect, and it can replace hysterectomy.
