急性脑梗塞患者脑脊液和血浆抗心磷脂抗体含量变化的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨缺血性卒中患者脑脊液中抗心磷脂抗体( A C A) 含量变化的意义及与血浆中 A C A 含量变化的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验( E L I S A) 对34 例急性脑梗塞病人血浆和脑脊液中 A C A 含量进行检测,并与24 例作为对照组进行比较。结果 脑梗塞组血浆和脑脊液中 A C A 阳性率明显高于对照组( P < 0 .005) ; A C A 分型中,脑梗塞组脑脊液 Ig G、 Ig M阳性率明显高于对照组( P< 0 .05) ,而血浆各型均与对照组无显著性差异。结论 检测脑脊液 A C A 含量的敏感性高于血浆,可作为研究 A C A 与缺血性脑血管病关系的一项可靠指标,对缺血性脑血管病的病理机制研究以及对疾病的预防、治疗和预后判断可能有一定帮助。

Abstract:Objectives To approach the changes of the contents of anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA) in CSF and the relation to the contents in plasma in acute cerebral infarction (ACI).Methods Using ELISA,ACA were measured in plasma and CSF from 34 patients with ACI and 24 control.Results The positive rate of ACA in CSF and plasma were significantly higher in ACI than this in control (P<0.005).In the types of ACA,the positive rate of IgG,IgM in CSF were also significantly higher in ACI than this in control (P<0.05),but it was not significant in plasma.Conclusions The sensitivity of ACA contents in CSF was higher than one in plasma.It may be used as reliable index to study relation between ACA and ischemic cerebravascular (ICV).It may contribute to study the pathomechanism,prevention and treatment of ICV.
