新生儿窒息因素的Logistic 回归分析

目的 :探索新生儿窒息的因素及其交互效应。方法 :随机抽取 5 0 0 0例新生儿资料进行回顾性分析 ,统计处理采用Logistic回归分析法。结果 :建立了新生儿窒息概率的回归预测方程 ,求得各因素的发生比率。结论 :羊水Ⅲ°污染、早产、低体重儿、妊高征、臀位与新生儿窒息高度相关 ,以上多个因素新生儿窒息的发生比率大于 4 ,是新生儿窒息的危险因素 ;但除羊水Ⅲ°污染和低体重儿的交互效应外 ,其余各种交互效应均不显著。

Logistic Regression Analysis of the Factors of Neonatal Asphyxia

Objective: To study the factors of neonatal asphyxia and the mutual effects of the factors. Methods: The clinical data of 5 000 cases were retrospectively analyzed by using Logistic regression model. Results: The equation for the predicted probability of neonatal asphyxia was established,and the odds ratios of the factors were obtained. Conclusion: Premature delivery,breech presentation,Ⅲ° meconium-stained amniotic fluid,low birth weight and pregnancy induced hypertension are all highly relative to neonatal asphyxia. Most of them with the odds ratios bigger than 4,are the strong risk factors of neonatal asphyxia. Every mutual effect except that of Ⅲ°meconium-stained amniotic fluid and low birth weight is not significant in statistics.
