青藏高原气候与健康

通过对青藏高原气候的特征进行分析，探讨青藏高原气候与人体健康的关系，寻找青藏高原气候对人体健康的利弊，得出青藏高原气候总的说有很多不利影响，但在一些特殊地区的特殊气候却很适宜人的生存，我们可以充分利用它。并建议久居高原者可以通过一定的养生之道增进身体健康，进藏者通过一定的物质准备来适应青藏高原气候。

The relation of the climate of Qingzang Gaoyuan to people's health

Consulting a large number of documents we analysed the character of the climate of Qingzang Gaoyuang, probed into the relation of climate of Qingzang Gaoyuan and health, looked into the pros and cons of the climate of Qingzang Gaoyuang to people's health. The conclusion could be that, generally speaking, the climate of Qingzang Gaoyuang have a lot of adverse effects to people's health. But the climate of the special districts suit people's existence very much. We can fully utilize it. We propose that persons who live in Qingzang Gaoyuang for a long time can keep in good health through a certain way and persons who will enter Qingzang Gaoyuang can adapt to the climate through certain material preparation.
