114例高龄胃癌病人的外科治疗

[背景 ]探讨高龄胃癌病人的外科治疗方法 .[病例报告 ]回顾性地分析 1987年 1月～ 1997年1月间收治的 114例 70岁以上胃癌病人的外科治疗资料 .高龄胃癌病人常伴有梗阻、出血及较多的并存病 ( 61% ) ,肿瘤切除率为 85 % ,术后并发症发生率为 2 9% ,围手术期病死率为 3 % .[讨论 ]手术切除是非高龄胃癌病人较好的治疗方法 ,而早期诊断、早期治疗、选择合理的术式、有效的预防和治疗并发症是提高疗效的重要措施

Surgical treatment for 114 aged patients with carcinoma of stomach

BACKGROUND?To investigate the surgical treatment methods for the aged patients with carcinoma of stomach.?CASE REPORT?It was retrospectively analyzed from January, 1987 to January, 1997 that the data of surgical treatment in 114 cases of gastric carcinoma over 70 year old. The aged patients with carcinoma of stomach had often accompanied with obstruction, bleeding and the other diseases (61%), the rate of carcinoma resection was 85%, the incidence of complications after operation was 29% and the perioperational death rate was 3%.?DISCUSSION?The resection for tumor is the best treatment method of the aged patients with carcinoma of stomach and it is important measure for improving therapeutic effects that early diagnoses, early treatment, to selecting the reasonable operational methods and to effectively prevent and treatment the complications.
