妇产科护理风险分析及常见护理问题研究

目的:探讨妇产科常见的护理风险因素及常见问题。方法:将妇产科44名护理人员作为风险研究对象,采用回顾分析法对1年间遇到的护理安全问题进行统计,针对高风险问题出台相应制度,另统计妇产科护理中常见的一般问题、制定规章、记录规章制度实行前、后患者及家属对科室护理工作的评价。结果:1年间共发生护理风险事件224起,护理风险因素最多为环境因素97例(43.30%);发生护理问题的病例共统计749例,护理问题涉及最多病种为肿瘤345例(46.06%);护理问题发生后患者最常见后果为感染285例(38.05%);护理中最多综合问题为环境因素造成,单因素中最高为舆论影响,为152次(20.29%);规章制度实行后1年内风险事件明显减少且患者满意度显著提升,前、后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科护理风险因素较为复杂,及时发现风险及问题所在,制定相应规章制度可有效减少问题发生,且明显提升患者满意度,改善护患关系。

The Risk Analysis and Research of the Common Nursing Problems in the Department of Obstetric and Gynecology

Objective:To explore the risk and common problems in the department of obstetric and gynecology.Methods:44 nurses in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were chosen as the risk research.The care safety issues were taken for statistics.The appropriate system for the high-risk issues was made,and other general problems common in obstetric and gynecological care were taken for statistics.The regulations were developed and the evaluation for patients and their families on nursing work after the implement of the rules and regulations.Results:In the one year,there were 224 cases with care risk events,and the most of the risk factors was environmental factors in 97 cases(43.30%).There were 749 cases for statistics in the care problems.The tumor was involved the most in the care problem,with 345 cases(46.06%).After the occurrence of the care problems,the most common consequences of infection was infection in 285 cases(38.05%).The care most comprehensive problem caused by environmental factors,the highest in the single factor was public opinion of 152(20.29%).One year after the implement of rules and regulations,the risk events was significantly reduced and patients'satisfaction was significantly improved.The differences before and after the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of obstetric and gynecological care are more complex,timely detection of the risk and the problem,developing appropriate rules and regulations can be effective in reducing the problem occurrence and significantly improve patients'satisfaction,and improve the nurse-patient relationship.
