舒肝汤联合护肝片治疗药物性肝炎随机对照临床观察

目的]探讨中药治疗药物性肝炎的临床疗效,并与西医护肝药治疗进行分析对比。方法]回顾性分析我院2009年6月至2012年6月间收治的药物性肝炎患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者在治疗期间均停用以前用过的对肝脏有影响的药物。对照组口服护肝片,对照组在治疗组的基础上加服舒肝汤(药用柴胡、连翘、赤芍、红花、板兰根)。治疗4周后观察临床疗效与肝功能变化。结果]治疗组治愈25例,显效10例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组治愈17例,显效5例,有效2例,无效16例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]舒肝汤联合护肝片治疗药物性肝炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Shugan Decoction Combined with Hugan Tablets in the Treatment of Drug-induced Hepatitis A Randomized ControlledClinical study

Objective]Investigate traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis,and liver medicine with western medicine treatment are analyzed.Methods]Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 June to 2012 June from patients with drug-induced hepatitis in 80 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Two groups of patients during treatment were deactivated previously used on the liver effects of the drug.The control group was treated with Hugan tablet,the control group in the treatment group on the basis of Shugan decoction plus(medicinal bupleurum,forsythia,red peony root,safflower,isatis root).After 4 weeks of treatment to observe the clinical effect and changes of liver function.Results]The treatment group 25 cases were cured,10 cases,effective in 3 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 95%;the control group 17 cases were cured,5 cases,effective in 2 cases,16 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 60%.The treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion] Shugan decoction combined with Hugan tablets in the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
