Precision therapeutic treatments for high risk perioperative complications of hepatobiliary surgery

Incidence of hepatobiliary surgical diseases is relatively high and perioperative complications are more common, due to more severe surgical injury and more complicated surgical procedures , involving multiple organs such as liver , bile duct system , pancreas , spleen et al .In recent years, accumulated experience and insights were summarized for the management of hepatobiliary surgery complications , however the incidence of postoperative complications and mortality of patients still remained improvement .This article reviewed domestic and abroad therapeutic strategies for high risk perioperative complications of hepatobiliary surgery , and tried to propose therapeutic precision treatments of such complications based on our own clinical experience .
