我院2004-2007年铜绿假单胞菌在临床感染中的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的探讨铜绿假单胞菌(PA)在临床感染中分布及耐药变迁,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法回顾分析2004年1月~2007年12月分离来自住院患者的所有PA分离株,药敏试验采用KB纸片扩散法。结果铜绿假单胞菌呼吸道感染最常见,占50%。其次是伤口感染占26.9%。对氨苄西林、头孢唑林、头孢呋辛的耐药率已超过80%。最敏感的药物是亚胺培南(敏感率为79.2%)。结论PA是医院感染常见条件致病菌之一,耐药现象严重。临床医师应依据药敏结果和本地区耐药情况监测,合理选择抗菌药物,可降低抗生素的耐药性。

Abstract:Objectives: To investigate the distribution and the aeruginosa. Methods:To retrospective analysis drug resistance drug resistance of in hospital acquired infection of pseudomonas and distribution of different wards and samples of pseudomonas aeruaginosa in weng an hosptial 2004-2007, the Pseudomonas areuginosa was identified by FORTUNE.IMS2000 compact,K-B method detceted the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruglnosa to 12 antibiotics. Results: The two foremost infection sites were respiratory tract(50%)and wound (26.9%),more than 80% of the isolates were resistant to mpicillin,cefzolin,Cefuroxime the sensi- tivity rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa for Imipenem was 79.2%,A11 of the 178 isolates was resistant to over 3 antibiotics. Conclusions: pseudomonas areuginosa is still a major pathogenic bacteriun in our hosptial.The resistance and multiple drug re- sistance of pseudomonas areuginosa isolated from clinical samples in weng an is a serious issue.elinicans Should Select appropriate autibiotie therapy based on Sensitivity testing.The therapeutic sttalegy should be adapted.according to the local ecology of resistance and amikacin show better anti-bacterium activity.
