利福平对尿干化学检测的影响

摘    要:目的:研究利福平对尿干化学检测的影响。方法:分别检测用阳性尿液质控液配置的不同利福平浓度的模拟利福平阳性尿液和以阳性尿液配制的相对利福平浓度的模拟利福平阳性尿液。结果:低浓度利福平对尿液的测定无明显干扰。但当利福平达到一定浓度时,对BIL、BLD的测定呈负干扰,对KET、PRO的测定则有正相干扰。干扰强度和利福平浓度呈线性关系。结论:利福平影响尿中BIL、KET、PRO、BLD的干化学测定。干扰机制可能与利福平具还原性及利福平本身颜色有关。患者使用利福平后尿液干化学结果临床要慎重。

Effect of Rifampin(RFP) on Urinary Sediment Chemical Detection

Abstract:objective: to study the effect of rifampin on urinary sediment chemical detection.Method:simulated rifampin positive urine with different concentration disposed by postive urinary hygroplasm and simuated rifampin positive urine with relative RFP concentration dispoed by positive urine were detected respectively.Result:RFP with low concentration shows no obvious disturbance to urinary detection.But when RFP reaches certain concentration,it has negative interference on BIL and BLD,postive interference on KET and PRO.Intereference degree and FRP concentration display linary relationship.Conclusion: RFP affects dry chemistry detection of BIL,KET,PRO and BLD.Disturbance mechanism may be related to the reducibility and color of RFP.Urinary dry chemistry result of patients adminstering RFP should be carefully treated and considered clinically.
