下生殖道感染对妊娠结局影响的分析

目的探讨妊娠期下生殖道感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2010年5月至2011年10月在我院行产检时诊断感染了霉菌性阴道炎(VVC)、滴虫性阴道炎、细菌性阴道炎(BV)或支原体感染的孕产妇340例为实验组,排除其他妊娠的合并症及并发症,选择同期未发现下生殖道感染的孕产妇360例做为对照组,观察两组孕产妇的妊娠并发症及结局。结果两组孕产的胎膜早破、早产、低体质量儿、产褥感染、新生儿感染的例数与比率进行比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期感染会影响妊娠结局,做好必要的预防措施,对出现症状的孕妇应给予及时的治疗,防止不良妊娠结局的发生。

Effect of Lower Reproductive Tract Infection on Pregnancy Outcomes in Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the relationship between lower reproductive tract infection on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women.Methods 340 pregnant women with lower reproductive tract infection（experimental group） and 360 women receiving routine health care during perinatal period（control group） were selected.The outcome of the two groups were compared.Results There were obvious differences in the rate of premature rupture of fetal membranes,premature delivery,infant of low-birth weight,puerperal infection and infection of newborn（P 0.05）.Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes is closely related to reproductive tract infection,reproductive tract infections on a timely and effective treatment,prevention and reduction of the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
