MTX联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍宫外孕Ⅱ号方在异位妊娠保守治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析某医院确诊异位妊娠950例,其中保守治疗162例,保守治疗按治疗方法的不同,随机分为A、B两组,比较A组(甲氨蝶呤配伍宫外孕Ⅱ号方)和B组(宫外孕II号方治疗)的治疗效果。结果:A组34例中24例治愈,治愈率70.5%;B组128例中52例治愈,治愈率39.3%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤配伍宫外孕Ⅱ号方用于保守治疗异位妊娠优于单用宫外孕Ⅱ号方组。

Clinical observation of MTX and traditional Chinese medicine in the Conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the characteristics of MTX and traditional Chinese medicine in the conservative therapy of ectopic pregnancy.Methods： A total of 950 patients who were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital between 2008 and 2010 were reviewed in this study.These patients included conservative treatment in 162 cases.One hundred and sixty two patients were randomly divided into two groups of A and B,The curative effect was recorded.Results： 24 in 34 cases in Group A were cured,curative rate is 70.5%;52 of 128 cases of Group B were cured,curative rate is 39.3%.Compared with Group B,the curative effect is markedly higher in group A（P0.05）.Conclusion： MTX and traditional Chinese medicine is prior to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of conservative therapy of ectopic pregnancy.
