| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨安全有效易行的采血方法,提高儿科静脉采血成功率,减轻患儿的痛苦。方法:采用静脉留置针在小儿手背静脉或头皮颞浅静脉等采血方法可以提高儿科静脉采血成功率。结果:采血成功率高、安全、并发症少、满意度高。结论:操作方法简便易行,易掌握,节省时间,减少患儿的痛苦,也提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore a safe,effective and convenient sampling methods,to improve the success rate of venous blood,relieve the pain of patients.Methods ：Use of venous indwelling needle in pediatric hand vein or scalp superficial temporal vein blood sampling method can improve the success rate of pediatric venous blood collection.Result： Blood high success rate,safety,less complication,high satisfaction.Conclusion： the operation method is simple and easy to master,which can save time,reduce the pain of patients,and improve work efficiency. |
