摘    要: 活化激酶C受体(RACK1)蛋白作为一种锚定蛋白,可以与细胞中多种信号分子结合,参与细胞内许多信号通路的传导。RACK1在肿瘤细胞信号转导分子网络中的作用受到了研究者的关注。大量研究揭示了肿瘤细胞中RACK1通过调节肿瘤血管形成和免疫逃逸,调节信号转导,并发挥重要的作用。

Abstract:As an anchoring protein, receptor for activated C kinase 1(RACK1) can combine together with many kinds of intracellular signaling molecules and participate in many signal conduction in cells. Researchers have paid close attention to the role of RACK1 in signal transduction molecule network of tumor cells. Abundant studies reveal that RACK1 can regulate signal transduction by regulating tumorigenesis and immune escape in tumor cells, and then play important roles.
