变应性鼻炎嗜碱粒细胞释放组胺能力的实验研究

目的：通过对变应性鼻炎豚鼠的嗜碱粒细胞释放组胺能力的测定，从细胞水平探讨变应性鼻炎的发病机制，并期望为变应性鼻炎的诊断指标是一种客观手段。方法：健康豚鼠随机分组后，建立豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型，刀豆球蛋白Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）作刺激物，应用荧光测定法，比较豚鼠实验组和正常组之间嗜碱粒细胞释放的能力。结果：在３种浓度ＣｏｎＡ的刺激诱导下，变应性鼻炎组嗜碱粒细胞组胺释放胺释放率均较正常组显著增高（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结

Experimental study of basophil histamine releasability in guinea-pigs with allergic rhinitis

Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis at cell level by determing basophil histamine releasability in guinea pigs and attempt to find an objective way for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. Methods: A model of allergic rhinitis was established after healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups. The basophil histamine releasability to the stimulant of concanavalin A between normal and experimental guinea pigs was compared by means of fluorometric assay of histamine. Results: Basophil histamine release to various concentrations of concanavalin A in allergic rhinitis group was significantly enhanced as compared with that in normal control ( P <0.01). Conclusion: The basophil histamine releasability is abnormal in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis. Enhanced histamine releasability probably plays a role in allergic rhinitis.
