地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹疗效观察

目的：探讨地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将197例湿疹患者随机分为三组。治疗组67例：地氯雷他定5mg，口服，每日1次，斯奇康0．5mg，肌注，隔日1次；地氯雷他定组72例：地氯雷他定5mg，口服，每日1次；斯奇康组58例：斯奇康0．5mg，肌注，隔日1次。三组疗程均为36d，均于治疗后第18、36d复诊。结果：18d时三组疗效比较，治疗组与地氯雷他定组总显效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05）．治疗组与斯奇康组总显效率有显著性差异（P〈0．005），地氯雷他定组与斯奇康组总显效率差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；36d时三组疗效比较，治疗组与地氯雷他定组总显效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组与斯奇康组总显效率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），地氯雷他定组与斯奇康组总显效率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：地氯雷他定联合斯奇康治疗湿疹．临床疗效显著。

An observation of curative effect of desloratadine united BCG-PSN in treating eczema

Objective: To study the clinical effect of desloratadine united BCG-PSN in treating patients suffered from eczema. Methods:197 patients with eczema were divided into three teams at random. 67 cases in treatment team received desloratadine, 5 mg, po, qd, BCG-PSN, 0.5 mg, im, qod. 72 cases in desloratadine team recieved desloratadine, 5 mg, po, qd. 58 cases in BCG-PSN team recieved BCG-PSN, 0.5 mg, im, qod. The course of treatment of each team was 36 days, every patient will be examined again at the 18th day and the 36th day after treatment. Results: The treatment effects of the three teams were compared at the 18th day: the total effective rate between the treatment team and the desloratadine team had significant difference (P<0.05), the total effective rate between the treatment team and the BCG-PSN team had significant difference(P<0.05),the total effective rate between the desloratadine team and the BCG-PSN team had no signif-icant difference (P>0.05).The treatment effects of the three teams were compared at the 36th day:the total effective rate be-tween the treatment team and the desloratadine team had significant difference (P<0.05),the total effective rate between the treatment team and the BCG-PSN team had significant difference(P<0.05),the total effective rate between the desloratadine team and the BCG-PSN team had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Desloratadine and BCG-PSN were united in treating patients with eczema and they have significant clinical treatment effect.
