| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法测定异丁司特原料及片剂的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法 ,在318nm波长处测定。结果 :高效液相色谱法测定异丁司特的线性范围为10～50μg/ml(r=1.0000,n=5) ,平均回收率为101 8 % ,RSD为2 1 % ;紫外分光光度法测定异丁司特的线性范围为4～12μg/ml(r=1.0000,n=5) ,平均回收率为101 6 % ,RSD为2 1 %。结论 :两种方法均准确、简单、快速 ,均适用于测定异丁司特含量

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the determination methods for semifinished material and tablet of ibudilast by HPLC and UV-spectrophotometry METHODS:The detections were performed by HPLC and UV-spectrophotometry at wavelength 318nm RESULTS:The linear range of ibudilast was 10～50μg/ml by HPLC method with an average recovery of 101 8% and RSD 2 1%(n=5);The linear range of ibudilast was 10～50μg/ml by UV-spectrophotometry with an average recovery of 101 6% and RSD 2 1%(n=5) CONCLUSION:Both methods are accurate,simple and rapid and suitable for the determination of ibudila_st |
