低分子肝素钙雾化吸人治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床研究

目的探讨低分子肝素钙雾化吸入对慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）的治疗效果。方法 90例肺心病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用低分子肝素钙雾化吸入,100IU/kg,q12h,疗程7天。治疗前后监测动脉血气分析、血凝及纤溶指标,治疗后评估疗效。结果临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗7天后治疗组血液流变学指标明显改善,PaO2明显上升,PaCO2明显下降,血液学指标变化不明显。结论低分子肝素钙雾化吸入可明显改善肺心病患者的血液粘稠度和肺通气功能,给药方便,安全有效。

Clinical study on the effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation in chronic cor pulmonale patients

Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol inhalation in chronic cor pulmonale patients（cor pulmonale）.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups：the therapy group and the control group.The control group was routinely treated.The therapy group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol in halation 100 IU/kg,q12h,than the control group.One course of the treatment was 7 days.The other treatment of the therapy group was similar to the control group.The arterial blood-gas analysis,the blood coagulated and the fibrinolysis datas were determined.Results The therapy group was better than the control group in the clinical efficiency（P〈0.05）.The therapy group was better than the control group in the hemorheology,in declining PaCO 2 of blood and improving PaCO2 of blood.The blood indexes had no changes.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium aerosol in halation can improve the hemorheology and ventilate function.It is a simple,secure and effective drug in treating chronic cor pulmonale patients.
