双囊四腔管注药治疗性病后慢性细菌性前列腺炎综合征52例疗效观察

目的探讨双囊四腔管注药法治疗性病后慢性细菌性前列腺炎的效果。方法选择52例性病后慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者行双囊四腔管注药法治疗,对比治疗前、治疗后1周和3个月前列腺液常规检查、细菌培养以及前列腺症状平分。结果双囊四腔管注药治疗性病后慢性细菌性前列腺炎治愈率51.9%,显效19.2%,有效11.5%,无效17.3%,无明显不良反应。结论双囊四腔管是治疗性病后慢性细菌性前列腺炎的一种有效的给药途径,可以改善症状,消除前列腺液检查异常。

The efficacy of 52 patients' chronic bacterial prostatitis syndrome after the venereal diseases cured by double pouch four cavities tubes partial injection

Objective To investigate the efficacy of chronic bacterial prostatitis after the venereal diseases cured by double pouch four cavities tubes partial injection. Methods To choose 52 patients infected chronic bacterial prostatitis after the venereal diseases and carry out the treatment of double pouch four cavities tubes medicine injection.Compare the regular tests,culture of bacteria and prostate symptom of the following stages: before the treatment, one week after the treatment and three months after the treatment.Results The recovery percentage is 51.9%,19.2% of the patients improved obviously, 11.5% improved and 17.3% remain bad. There is no obvious terrible react. Conclusions The double pouch four cavities tubes partial injection is an effective medicine giving approach for the curing of chronic bacterial prostatitis after the venereal diseases. It can improve the symptom and remove the abnormal result of the prostate liquid test.
