不同试剂检测D-3-羟丁酸的性能比较分析

目的比较不同试剂检测D-3-羟丁酸的性能。方法选择一种进口试剂和二种国产试剂检测8一羟丁酸，对其精密性、准确性、线性范围、相关性及抗干扰能力进行比较。结果三种试剂具有良好的相关性、精密度及抗干扰能力；线性Randox试剂达4．0mmol·L^-1，国产A试剂为3．39mmol·L^-1，国产B试剂为3．26mmol·L^-1。结论三种试剂均能满足临床实验要求，国产试剂因价格优势而具有良好应用前景。

Comparison of different reagents for measuring D-3-Hydroxybutyrate

Aim To compare the capability of D-3-Hydroxybutyrate （D-3-HB） between different reagents. Method The precision, accuracy,linearity,eorrelation and interference of the import and homemade reagents were analyzed. Results The precision,accuracy,linearity, correlation and interference of all reagents are all right. The linearity range of Randox reagent is 4.0 mmol · L^-1 ,the homemade A reagent is 3.39 mmol · L^-1 ,and the homemade B reagent is 3.26 mmol · L^-1 . Conclusion The three reagents are able to satisfy clinical need.
