| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光腔内碎石并发症发生原因.方法分析输尿管镜钬激光碎石9例有并发症病人的资料.结果输尿管穿孔2例,输尿管口损伤2例,输尿管末段闭锁1例,结石上移2例,输尿管迂曲无法通过2例.结论严格掌握适应证及操作细致是降低并发症的关键.

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the cause of complication of holmium laser ureterolithotripsy.Methods of ureterostenosis.2cases were abandoned because of the migrations to the renal pelvis,2 cases were stopped owing to torsion of the ureters 2 cases ureterostoma were injury.Conclusions The skilled operation and strict grasping of indication is key to reducing complication. |
