| 摘 要： | 目的 评从术前肠系膜上、下动脉灌注抗癌药物治疗大肠癌的组织学疗效及其临床价值。方法 术前病理下实的51例大肠癌经选择性肠系膜上、下动脉插管灌注抗癌药物1至2次，5至30天，平均12天后手术切除,标本送病理切片行组织学疗效观察。结果 肿瘤组织学疗效0级1级、Ⅰ级21例，Ⅱ级24例，Ⅲ级5例，总有效率98.0％，16例淋巴结转移，其组织学疗效0级5例，Ⅰ级5例，Ⅱ级5例，Ⅲ级1例，总有效率68.8％。结论 术前动脉灌注抗癌药物治疗大肠癌组织学疗效显著，可降低淋巴结转移率。

Histologic Analyses ofColorectal Carcinoma Treated with Preoperative Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy |

| Abstract: | [Purpose] To evaluate the histologic response and clinical value of colorectal carcinoma treated with preoperative transcatheter superior (or inferior) mesenteric artery infusion chemotherapy. [Methods] The histologic response was evaluated in 51 cases of colorectal carcinoma treated with preoperative transcatheter superior (or irferior) mesenteric artery infusion chemotherapy. All patients have preoperative pathologic diagnosis.The operation was performed 5-30day after trancatheter artery infusion with an average of 12 days. [Results]The total response rate was 98.0％ with grade 0 in 1 case ,grade I in 21 cases, grade II in 24 cases,and grade Ⅲ in 5 cases. The response rate in 16 cases with local node metastasis was 68.8％ with grade 0 in 5 cases,grade I in 5 cases,grade Ⅱ in 5 cases,and grade Ⅲ in 1 case. [Conclusion]Preoperative transcatheter artery infusion chemotherapy reveals significant histologic response , and is able to decrease the rate of local node metastasis for coloractal carcinoma. |
