天麻的电化学指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:通过别洛索夫-扎鲍京斯基振荡反应用电化学指纹图谱对中药天麻进行鉴别。方法:将天麻加入H2SO4.MnSO4-CH3COCH3-KBrO3中,组成化学振荡体系,用电化学工作站记录数据,并对温度、天麻用量等反应条件进行了考察,确定体系的最佳实验条件为10mLH2SO4(1.0mol·L^-1)溶液、5mLMnSO4(0.1mol·L^-1)溶液、5mLCH,COCH3(0.54mol·L^-1)溶液和5mLKBrO3(0.3mol·L^-1)溶液,温度310K、加入0.3g的天麻粉末。获得了不同产地天麻的电化学指纹图谱及振荡微观指纹图谱。结果:通过对不同产地中药材天麻电化学指纹图谱的研究,发现不同产地的天麻的指纹图谱主要参数有较大区别。结论:该方法简便,准确,可靠,可方便地用于不同产地天麻的区别和鉴别。

Study on Electrochemical Fingerprints of Gastrodiae Rhizoma

Abstract:Objective: Study on the electrochemical fingerprints of Gastrodiae Rhizoma from different places of origin by Belousov-Zhabotinskii oscillation system. Methods: With adding Gastrodiae Rhizoma to chemical oscillation system of H2SO4-MnSO4-CH3 COCH3-KBrO3, and electrochemical workstation was used to record electric potential(E) with time(t) changes. The induction phase, oscillation period, amplitude recorded, and micro-oscillation fingerprint of Gastrodiae Rhizoma was also and oscillation life of every fingerprint were obtained. Effects of various variables on the chemical oscillation system were studied. By investigating the factors of reaction conditions and reactant concentrations on oscillation curves, the results obtained showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: 10 mL 1.0 mol. L-1 sulfuric acid,5 mL 0. 1 mol. L-1 manganese sulfate, 5 mL 0. 54 mol. L-1 acetone, 5 mL 0. 3 mol. L-1 potassium bromate, reaction temperature 310 K, added 0.3 g of Gastrodiae Rhizoma powder. Results: Analyzing these fingerprints,there were significant differences in induction curve, oscillation curve and characteristic parameters of electrochemical fingerprints among Gastrodiae Rhizoma from different producing areas. The results indicated that the electrochemical fingerprints of Gastrodiae Rhizoma from different places of origin ( Yunnan, Gansu, Guizhou), such as the maximum potential, induction time and oscillation lifetime, showed significantly different characteristics under the optimal conditions. The results also indicated that Gastrodiae Rhizoma from Guizhou had the shortest induction time. The Wild Gastrodiae Rhizoma from Yunnan had the longest induction time and the longest oscillation lifetime. Analyzing micro-oscillation fingerprints, there were differences in induction time, amplitude and the first oscillation period. Conclusion: This method can be used to identify Gastrodiae Rhizoma from different habitats, it was convenient, sensitive, credible and little time for sample preparation.
