| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨硅油填充眼硅油取出联合白内障摘出人工晶状体植入的临床效果.方法 对1999年以来我科14例（14眼）硅油充填眼合并白内障者行硅油取出联合白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入,术后随访3～12月.结果 术后视力提高11眼,不变2眼,降低1眼.结论 对眼部状况较好的硅油填充眼,在硅油取出同时行白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入可有较好的视力效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the results of silicone oil removal and cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Methods 14 cases(14 eyes)of silicone oil tamponade that undergone silicone oil removal and extracapsular extraction with intraocular lens implantation were reviewed.All the cases were followed up for 3 to 12 months. Results Visual acuity improved in 11 cases,remained unchanged in 2 cases and became worse in 1 cases. Conclusions Silicone oil removal combined with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is an ideal approach. |
