| 摘 要： | 目的 观察矢状面成角植钉相邻节段固定治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效.方法 将49例符合条件的胸腰椎骨折患者矢状面成角植钉相邻节段固定治疗.结果 所有患者术后均获得随访,平均随访17.9个月,均获得坚强骨性植骨融合,无内固定失败现象发生.结论 "伤椎矢状成角植钉相邻段内固定术"减少了一个同定融合的节段,使脊柱内同定技术向前迈进了空前的一步.
