摘    要:目的:探讨补阳还五汤促进骨折愈合的机制。方法:以兔作人工骨折模型,并于造模后第7、14、21、35、49天后进行骨痂成份及生物力学性能测定。结果:用药组骨痂羟脯氨酸含量与钙的含量在造模后第7、14、21天高于对照组;用药组造模后第35、49天腓骨抗折荷重力量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可提高骨折兔骨痂钙及羟脯氨酸含量,提高生物力学性能,促进骨折愈合。

Abstract:Objective:To invest the mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Tang in promoting the healing of fracture.Methods:The fracture model was made with rabbits. A hydroxygultamic acid and calcium in bone scab were measured at the end of 7,14,21,35 and 49day after the operation.Its biomechanical property were measured at the same time.Results:The content of hydroxygultamic acid and calcium in callllus are higher than in the comparison group after the the 7th,14th and 21th day. After 35 and 49 days of operation, the anti-fracture of fibula in lab group is higher than in the comparison group.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Tang has the healing effect to the bone fracture of rabbit.
