| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肝硬化严重程度与糖代谢紊乱之间的关系。方法:49例肝硬化患者,记录其临床生化指标、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数,根据Child-pugh分级进行相关性分析。结果:肝硬化糖代谢异常发生率明显升高;随着肝功能受损程度的加重,血糖水平越高,空腹胰岛素水平越高,而胰岛素抵抗越明显。肝硬化患者Child-pugh分级与胰岛素敏感性指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:随肝功能损害的加重,胰岛素抵抗越明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between the seriousness of hepatocirrhosis and glucose metabolic disorder.Methods Forty-nine patients with cirrhosis were selected to investigate the changes of fasting plasma glucose,fasting plasma insulin,and the index of insulin sensitivity.Results The incidence of glucose metabolic disorder was remarkably high.The index of insulin sensitivity and the Child-pugh grading showed negative correlation.Conclusion The more serious the hepatocirrhosis is,the more obvious is the insulin resistance. |
