血浆组织因子和血管内皮因子在颌面部恶性肿瘤中的变化

目的观察颌面部恶性肿瘤患者血浆组织因子（TF）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）水平的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法运用ELISA法检测40例颌面部恶性肿瘤患者及20例良性肿瘤患者血浆TF和VEGF水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果颌面部恶性肿瘤患者血浆TF和VEGF明显高于正常对照组和良性肿瘤组（P〈0.01）;伴有其他脏器转移的颌面部恶性肿瘤患者血浆TF和VEGF水平较无其他脏器转移者增高（P〈0.05）;颌面部恶性肿瘤患者血浆TF升高与VEGF增加呈正相关（r=0.51,P〈0.01）。结论TF和VEGF在颌面部恶性肿瘤的生长和转移中起重要的作用,并可作为鉴别良、恶性肿瘤及指导预后的辅助指标。

Variations of Plasma Tissue Factor and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Patients with Oral and Facial Tumors

Objective To observe the variations of plasma tissue factor（TF） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in the patients with oral and facial malignant tumors and to explore clinical significance.MethodsPlasma levels of TF and VEGF were measured by ELISA technique in 40 patients with oral and facial malignant tumors and 20 patients with benign tumors,which compared with 25 normal controls（healthy volunteers）.ResultsPlasma levels of TF and VEGF in the malignant group were significantly higher than those of the benign group and the normal control（P〈0.01）.An increase was evident in patients with other organs＇ metastasis.There was a linear relationship between plasma levels of TF and VEGF（r=0.51,P〈0.01）.ConclusionOur results suggest that plasma TF and VEGF play an important role in the occurrence and developing process of the oral and facial malignant tumor,and it might be valuable markers for tumor determination and prognosis.
