经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜治疗肾结石

摘    要:目的:探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜治疗肾结石的方法及疗效。方法:对30例接受经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石治疗的。肾结石患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:30例肾结石患者均Ⅰ期手术取石,单通道取石26例,双通道取石4例;其中1次取石28例,2次取石2例。28例结石全部取尽,余2例有少许残留,术后行ESWL,结石基本排出。平均手术时间90min,术后平均住院时间8天,造瘘管平均留置时间6天,术中均未输血,所有病例均无明显并发症。结论:经皮肾穿刺微造瘘输尿管镜治疗肾结石安全、高效,具有对患者创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the method and efficiency of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treating renal calculi. Methods:30 patients with renal calculi were managed by minimally invasive PCNL under ureteroscopy and APL lithoclast. Results:All cases underwent one-stage PCNL. 26 eases were treated with single-access PCNL, 4 with two-access PCNL, with one session in 28 cases, tow in 2 cases. The stones in 28 cases were completely removed, and the other 2 cases were treated with ESWL. The average operation time was 90 minutes ,the average hospitalization 8 days, and the mean time of the nephrostomy tube was 6 days. No one needed intraoperative blood transfusion. No obvious complications were observed. Conclusion:Minimally invasive PCNL to renal calculi was claimed to be safe and a high success rate. Minimally invasive PCNL has advantages of less trauma, fewer complications, and quick recovery. It is worthy of widespread applications
