| 摘 要： | 目的临床观察静脉注射丙种球蛋白（IVIG）治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎疗效。方法62例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组，对照组30例，治疗组32例，两组常规给以抗感染、抗病毒，吸氧等处理，治疗组加用静滴IVIG。临床观察喘息缓解、哮鸣、咳嗽消失时间及两组治愈率。结果治疗组较对照组喘息缓解、哮鸣、咳嗽消失时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），治愈率高于对照组（P〈0．01），临床效果显著。结论IVIG是治疗婴儿毛细支气管炎安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of IVIG on children with bronchiolitis.Mthods: 62 cases with brochiolitis were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the control group treated with synthetic therapy and 32 cases in treatment group with IVIG besides the same synthetic therapy.The clinical effects were evaluated in both groups.Results: The treatment group showed a more rapid improvement in wheezing and cough compared with those in the control group.Conclusion: IVIG is effective and safe in treating bronchiolitis. |
